As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization and drive our growth strategy.

Position Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization. You will work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market expansion. You will also be responsible for building a strong organizational culture and leading a high-performing team to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's business strategy in alignment with the board's vision and goals.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization, including operations, finance, sales, marketing, and human resources.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through product innovation, market expansion, and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events to promote the brand and expand the business network.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks to the organization, ensuring business continuity and long-term sustainability.
- Report regularly to the board of directors on the company's performance, key initiatives, and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the chemical manufacturing industry and market trends.
