Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors
- Oversee the strategic direction of an organization
- Implement changes and proposed plans. Ensure the long-term plans are being followed through.
- Interact with other leadership executives. Engage with them to get a high-level understanding of how things are going.
- Monitor company performance. Get a quick sense of how each area in the company is performing and what strategic maneuvers should be taken.
- Delegate and direct agendas, drive profitability, managing company's Organizational structure & strategy
- To lead the entire business operations by utilizing the resources.
- To lead functional units like Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Purchase & Procurement, Legal and CSR
- Motivate, lead & mentor the work force to achieve their individual targets with high performance.
- Ensure to meet the company targets for profitability.
- Prepare Annual Budgets and accordingly achieve the same.
- Follow standard operating procedure laid down by the company.
- Set goals and update the status by generating necessary reports monthly as per the expectation of the Board.
