Chief Executive Officer/Business Head - Consumer Firm - IIM/ISB/XLRI

Looking for a CEO/ Business Head for an SBU of a large Consumer company.

Education from Premier Institution is mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA from a premier Indian or International business school with 11-14 years (Not more than 15 years of experience) of multi-functional and relevant experience out of which at least 5 + years should be in general management with direct responsibility for P&L and Key Business Deliverables.

- Must have led P&L for a sizeable business

- Excellent in building C-level relationships & possess ability to influence key decision makers in the client organization structure

- Experience in operations intensive B2B set up delivering end customer expectations would be desirable

- Professional; possess high ethical standards.

- Driven by customer service.

- Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.

- Enthusiastic about working in an entrepreneurial set-up.
