Chief Executive Officer - Biotechnology Industry

As the CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Complete ownership for running the Company in consultation with the promoters and Directors

- Overall accountability for achieving the revenue and financial goals of the company

- Planning, developing and executing the short, medium and long term strategies

- Identifying, planning and executing the fund raise requirements to meet the strategic objectives

- Building systems and processes across functions and teams to achieve the strategic objectives

- Identifying potential global strategic partners for the different business opportunities of the Company's technology platform and building relationships with them

- Ensuring that the Company complies with all the regulatory and statutory requirements

Desired Experience:

- Post Graduate in Business Administration with a degree in environmental sciences/bio sciences/chemical engineering/bio-technology/chemistry

- Minimum 15 years out of which at least 5 years should have been in managing a business/profit center/company.

- Prior experience in managing a start-up company in biotechnology area would be ideal

- Experience with M&A dealings, especially with global companies would be an advantage
