Our client is the leading Indian manufacturer of battery and producer of lead metal products for various OEMs.
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible to maximise profitability through value creation, enhancing operational efficiency, de-bottlenecking through theory of constraint model leading supply chain improvements.
What you will do:
- Partnering and creating progressive relationships, setting processes and leading related business results
- Identifying opportunity gains and setting for an aspirational additional revenue for the company
- Exploring order generation and fulfillment collaboration with digital interventions
- Evaluating consumption, enhancing channel spread with development and acquisition
- Aligning capacity to forecasted demand pattern and leading effective utilization of investments
- Improving brand profitability through cost and inventory control measures
- Defining and owning aggressive KPIs for quality, performance, delivery, and cost for all products
- Remaining abreast with category environment, led innovation in product and promotional campaigns to gain competitive advantage
Candidate Profile:
- 10 - 15 years of experience with B.E./B.Tech from IIT
- Candidates from sales background with proven success in leading manufacturing ramp from pilot scale to very high volume of high quality and cost-effective parts
- Deep understanding of general business management
- An experienced professional (ideally startup experience) who moves from theory to real-time application of knowledge in the business domain
- Strategist and thinker, but also a catalyst and doer
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and provide high-quality service to internal and external clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
