KRAs :
1. Overseeing the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determining the effectiveness of current sales initiatives against key metrics and implement change if necessary.
2. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs.
3. Analyse and make recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
4. Responsible for the Profit side by managing (or at minimum, influencing) all aspects that generate product's revenue - marketing, positioning, pricing, sales, distribution, even strategic partnerships, product features, content, etc
5. Leading revenue forecasting by analysing business tactics, performance analysis, pricing and sales strategies, market research and competitor analysis.
6. Working cross-functionally with other leadership and executive officer team members, like the product lead and the chief marketing officer, to foster collaboration, faster revenue growth and higher profitability.
7. Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational effectiveness of the company.
8. Driving customer acquisition strategy for your company by providing a positive and efficient purchasing experience for buyers from initial engagement through purchase completion
9. Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
10. Research and develop strategies and plan which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
11. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
12. Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
13. Evaluate company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
14. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
