Objective Of Job :

- Representing the Group and expanding the business relations and networks. Managing employees, business partners, financial institutions, business processes towards a common goal of profitable business with happy employees.

- Ensuring that service, quality and safety standards are maintained to develop a customer-oriented, profitable and high turnover sales and after sales business across business verticals.

Job Designation/Field of Work :

Accounting/Controlling :

- Dynamic changes in environment of finance and accounting system.

- Permanently monitoring the development of relevant statistics and reports of all entities.

- Supervising budgets and targets, yields on a group and departmental level.

- Calling All Aspiring CEOs

Strategic Planning :

- Decision making with business heads for critical issues, crisis management, legal and statutory compliances across departments like HR, Admin, Sales & Service, Finance and Accounts.

- Developing concepts for working on the local and regional markets and tapping new markets, taking strategic specifications into account.

- Controlling the implementation of national and international concepts.

- Arranging planning of annual sales and service volume. Coordinating the volume strategy with the Wholesale Unit.

Financial Planning :

- Drawing up the annual plan and annual goals for the Group and coordinating these with Group Entities.

- Drawing up financial liquidity plans for the fiscal year as well as forecasts for the following three years.

- Defining target rate-of-return, quantity, sales and profit goals for the Group as a whole and each of its departments.

Marketing :

- Observing the regional business markets and competitors- activities

- Ensuring the group's image and that the way in which all the associated companies are represented in the media is consistent with the corporate identity.

- Arranging for the annual marketing plan to be drawn up.

Sales & After Sales :

- Monitoring the profitable sale of new and used vehicles, workshop services, spare parts as well as accessories and financial services.

- Establishing and fostering contacts with decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as approaching and advising VIPs and major customers.

- Ensuring a high level of after-sales service to win customers and exhaust market potential.
