Chief Executive Officer - Agri/Vet/Dairy Tech

The role is expected to provide leadership to the organization as a whole and play an instrumental role in providing necessary assistance, guidance and advice in translating group's vision into reality and enhance shareholder wealth.

Responsibilities:-

- The role would have P&L responsibility and accountable to scale revenues consistently with focus on profitable growth

- Build department wise strategy and operational excellence across functions like Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Human Resources

- Work towards increasing companies market share and developing strategies to expand foot-print across regions

- The role would spearhead all new product development initiative with a focus on creating a product mix which is market relevant

- Defining channel marketing strategy, including development of channel marketing activities in accordance with overall business goal

- Should be able to focus on cost optimization across functions without hampering growth

- Build superior sales and relationship capability in the organisation enabling complex relationship building with FMCG, Retail and E-commerce companies

- Responsible for establishing & ensuring adherence of quality management system across functions in the organisation

- Build a local strategy which is relevant for each region and ensure successful implementation of the same

- Should be abreast with all policy development for dairy industry and make the organisation ready for all unforeseen challenges and opportunities

- Manage and maintain good commercial relationship between distribution and supplier partners

- Alongside he will ensure that the teams are kept together, engaged and motivated to achieve long term organisational objective

Competencies & Personal Characteristics:

- The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings

- Should have proven track record in Dairy industry across India is highly desirable

- Graduate in Agri/Vet/Dairy tech with Master's Degree in Management is preferred

- Candidate should be tech savvy and use technology as key differentiator

- Past track record and existing relationships with agencies like FSSAI, NDDB, AHVS etc

- Should be a strong leader who can nurture teams and have the ability to influence by logic.

- Should have excellent communication, high levels of energy and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Proven track record of having undertaken strong challenge in the past and demonstrate exceptional results

- Unwavering integrity and value systems. Hands-on person who can handle work pressures, motivate and lead by example

- Enthusiastic, energetic with a positive attitude engaging the team to achieve goals collectively. Creating a clear sense of team identity and holding team accountable for meeting collective goals
