- Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned CEO with 15-20 years of experience in the Agro Business sector to lead our organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, optimizing resource utilization, and leading a competitive management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy and Management: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and P & L management to achieve financial targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain reputation.
- Project Feasibility: Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives to assess viability and potential returns.
- Production Efficiency: Identify and implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Resource Utilization: Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to manage expenses and improve profitability.
- Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Manage vendor relationships and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and distribution.
- Competitive Management Team: Lead and motivate a competitive management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee HR matters, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Advanced Excel and ERP: Utilize advanced Excel skills and experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc. ) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and implement SOPs to standardize processes and ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in the Agro Business sector, with a proven track record of leadership and business success.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance requirements in the Agro Business sector.
- Experience in project feasibility analysis, production management, sales, and business development.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and working knowledge of ERPs.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and achieve results in a dynamic business environment.
