Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Kerala:

- A well-reputed business Group in Kerala having an annual turnover over Rs.3000 Crores with employee strength of about 3000. The Group is fast growing and is keen to enter into diversified business activities. The Group is a globally acclaimed and has a number of well accepted products.

- As part of its ambitious business plans, the Group is looking for a Chief Executive Officer for independently handling its different verticals of business such as; gems & jewelry, real estate/construction, aviation, hospitality, NBFC, CSR activities, to name few.

- The company expects that the CEO should have rich exposure to all commercial activities of the above sectors, including product costing, and should be total responsible for making each of its branches/verticals a Profit centre.

- What the company expects in the incumbents are; he should be a polished, well-groomed and matured person with exemplary leadership skills, visionary zeal, high degree of professionalism attained through high education and experience. He should have very good exposure to national and international markets and commercial activities to the sectors the company operates. His caliber is that he should be able to handle complete operations and management of different verticals of the Group currently involved in, as also new segments the company is going to enter.

- He will be responsible for preparing the effective long term strategies for the Group to become the number one brand in the world. He should be able to prepare corporate plans of the entire Group and ensure 100% achievement of the targets.

- He should be a good administrator and HR person so that he motivates and develops employees enabling the company has the right, competent and quality talents to ensure high professional standards.

- He will develop an appropriate management structure within Group.

- Persons having experience in IPO/public issues of any company will be an added advantage.

- The position will report to the Chairman and the Board of Directors of the company.

Location of work:

- Your initial headquarters will in the state of Kerala, with frequent travels to multiple locations for business development and team management in India and abroad.

Compensation: Will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Age: Should be above 50 years.
