Any Engineering +MBA (IIT & IIM) with 18 to 25 yrs experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry.

1. Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide strong leadership to the management team and all employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and mentor employees to ensure a high level of performance and engagement throughout the organization.

- Establish clear goals and objectives for each department and monitor progress regularly.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.

- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, eJiciency, and safety.

- Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize production processes and maximize profitability.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

- Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for diversification.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
