Chief Executive Officer

We are hiring for one of our reputed real estate client for the post of Chief Executive Officer.

Job Role :

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals, including expansion into new markets, product diversification, and revenue growth initiatives.

2. Financial Management: Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring prudent allocation of resources and maintaining profitability targets.

3. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

4. Business Development: Identify opportunities for business development, partnerships, and strategic alliances to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth. Lead negotiations with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to secure lucrative deals and projects.

5. Leadership & Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to empower employees and maximize their potential.

6. Market Analysis & Risk Management: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.tech with MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
