Chief Executive Officer

Position Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven CEO to provide strategic leadership and vision for a company

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive, tech, or ADAS industries, and be capable of driving innovation, managing operations, leading a high-performance team, and navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving sector.

- As the CEO, you will be responsible for overall company growth, operational excellence, and positioning our technology in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute the companys strategic vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals. Lead the development of new products and market opportunities in the ADAS space.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and build a world-class team across various functions, including CTO, COO, engineering, product development, marketing, sales, and operations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities to scale the company. Engage with key stakeholders such as OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies.

- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and fundraising. Drive profitability while maintaining a high level of innovation and product quality.

- Product & Market Positioning: Drive the development of ADAS products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. Guide the marketing and sales strategy to ensure strong market penetration and customer adoption.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, pitch to potential investors, and ensure ongoing relationships with stakeholders to secure capital for expansion. Provide regular updates to investors and board members on company performance and strategic direction.

- Risk Management & Compliance: Navigate regulatory challenges and ensure the company complies with all industry standards, laws, and regulations. Manage business risks effectively, especially in the rapidly changing automotive technology landscape.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven 15+ years track record of executive leadership, preferably as a CEO, COO, or in a senior management role at a technology-driven company, with a strong preference for experience in automotive, ADAS, or AI-based technologies.

- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ADAS, automotive technologies, and/or the broader mobility ecosystem. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, technology development cycles, and market dynamics is highly desirable.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building and scaling high-performance teams. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and inspire confidence in your vision.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate and implement strategic plans while adapting to industry trends and changing market conditions.

- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, fundraising, P&L oversight, and investor relations.

- Education: MBA from a premier institute IIM, XLRI

- Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
