PURPOSE OF ROLE :

- Responsible for crafting an accessible, resilient, and secure Information technology blueprint with the objective of instituting a robust Enterprise Architecture which meets the business requirements and is aligned with Organization IT Strategy.

- Create the rules and regulations to guide and govern the Enterprise Architecture and act as the clearing house for all the IT research and innovation that takes place within the organization

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES :

- Strategy & Planning Responsible for crafting an accessible, resilient, and secure Information technology blueprint with the objective of instituting a robust Enterprise Architecture which meets the business requirements and is aligned with Organization IT Strategy.

- Create the rules and regulations to guide and govern the Enterprise Architecture and act as the clearing house for all the IT research and innovation that takes place within the organization.

Enterprise Architecture :

Design and Review :

- Lead the development of a single holistic enterprise architecture model for the whole of the organization, from IT architecture perspectives

- Develop and establish the current and future enterprise architecture definition and framework at the group and business levels

- Ensure the Enterprise Architecture (EA) is closely aligned to the business strategy, business operating model and IT strategy

- Establish the approach for the EA maintenance

- Assess the inter business IT architecture, including information, services, components, and infrastructure architecture and ensure their continued relevance

- Define the EA operating model and policies; Ensure that the model is consistent with shifts within the organizational framework and pertinent to the organization's overarching strategy and IT philosophy

- Support CISO in developing enterprise Information Security architecture in the capacity of IT architecture SME

- Responsible for governance of IT architecture; Create and establish the rules, regulations, policies, and standards that will govern the individual components of the IT architecture, as well as the IT architecture in its entirety

- Manage and maintain EA - specific application inventory in accordance with APM policies; Perform analysis of application inventory & drive inventory optimization.

- Advise and assist concerned project management team on latest IT services and solutions to fulfil business requirements

- Act as a SME from an EA standpoint and provide valuable insights at business and group level projects

- Support multiple concurrent projects and maintain IT architecture oversight for solution development, system integration, enterprise toolset, research and development of technologies and partner offerings

- Review projects as per established milestones to ensure compliance to specifications from IT architecture perspective
