Chief Engineer/Director/General Manager - Project/Program Management - Manufacturing Firm

This job consists in leading all New Models projects and mass production evolutions for architectures, top hats, powertrains, battery and chassis components, through a strong decision-making accountability.

Main objectives are :

1) To reach project targets (customer satisfaction, expenses, time to market),

2) To ensure flawless launches (through readiness of stakeholders in particular process and plant and implementation of rigorous launch process) and

3) To contribute to plant performance (quality and transformation cost).

- GO/NO GO decision, assessing MFG situation and decide position for project gates (until PPMM)

- Decide on escalations to Project Engineering Heads (Design to MFG and other issues) - Funding distribution to PE and plant to overcome both processes and launch phase
