Description:

- Creating Business Value through Technology and leading the digital transformation and Strategic planning initiatives.

- Provide Technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing Digital initiatives.

- Create and implement a long-term Tech roadmap for the company that covers Growth, Product, Applications, Digitization, Processes which meets both current and future needs.

- Bridge the gap between business and technology in a way that helps the business take a leap forward.

- Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities; serve as the executive sponsor for digital process innovation.

- Drive digital transformation & focus on the latest technological innovations while also improving customer engagement.

- Build technology and product org and establish long term architecture and roadmap for consumer and supply chain systems.

- Develop consumer insights' driven campaigns across different platforms to drive engagement, build brand, acquire new users and generates sales.

- Drive data driven culture and help align technologies to give us insight for better decisions.

- Responsible for overall growth for the business - Product growth, Digital Marketing,Onboarding, CLM & more

- Responsible for overseeing technology projects and collaborate with project managers

- To ensure that the entire company understands the vision and direction for the product and business goals.

- Initiate programs to deliver Digital projects to improve customer or stakeholder experience, improves revenue and helps in reducing costs

- Create Competitive advantage for the business.

- Build and Manage order to delivery customer life cycle.

- Planning and implementation of business continuity plans

Profile :

Looking for 12-16 years work experience in Product design and development from the FMCG sector ; prior experience of being CIO of bigger set up is must.

Btech / MBA(IT Systems) from Tier 1 colleges with previous experience in start ups need to apply.
