Job Description : Build and manage the digital P&L of an upcoming in-app financial services and wellness platform.

Client Details: Client is a new age digital financial and wellness conglomerate with exposure across capital markets, wealth, insurance and wellness.

Description:

- Work directly with the MD and Chairman to lead the financial services super app business

- Conceptualise product potfolio across categories such as capital markets, mutual fund, lending, insurance , wellness etc

- Engage with the regulators across business categories and secure required licenses and permissions

- Manage partnerships with mutual fund houses, insurers and other product partners

- Understand and study the captive and potential customer base to design customer journeys and product solutions

- Collaborate with the technology team to build the super-app

- Define the marketing & customer acquisition plan

- Overall lead the cost and revenue P&L ensuring a long term profitable financial services super app business

Profile:

- Should come in with atleast 15 years of experience in conventional and new age financial services businesses

- Multiproduct exposure across banking, insurance, broking , asset management and lending is preferred

- Should have managed and led a digital financial services P&L

- Strong educational background
