- Develop an end-to-end digital mission statement, strategy, and program roadmap for the organizations as a whole.
- Formulate a digital strategy to unlock business value for customers and solve large-scale problems that span our operating model and technologies.
- Rely heavily on data to make big and small decisions for incorporating digital approaches into existing business models and architecting new digital-first business models. You must be comfortable with using data to drive decisions and rally support.
- Lead technology innovation, emphasizing speed and agility to generate new ideas and translate them into actionable digital products, services, and solutions.
- Establish and maintain networks and relationships with digital industry experts, in order to stay on top of new trends, PARTNER AND CREATE NEW innovations
- Hire and recruit a best-in-class team including contractors to deliver on all of the above.
- Create a space for testing new, unproven ideas as our plans stay in motion and evolve.
- Leverage your team's strengths through engaging and effective team management.
- Foster a digitally-savvy culture across the organization while co-creating and co-innovating with an ecosystem of business and technology influencers, experts, partners, and advisors.
- Encourage collaboration across departments, including with programs, development, and creative teams to develop and execute new ideas with the use of smart technology.
