Education : A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : 15 + years

Role and responsibilities :

- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience having managed large transformations & enterprise-wide programs effectively

- 5+ years of experience in Digital transformation & Analytics

- Has run operations of IT Infrastructure and Security for 5 years and has good knowledge of Cloud

- Platforms IAAS, PAAS, SAAS

- Experience in innovation, new business

- Led IT / Digital Function in a Manufacturing Company is a MUST

- Must have been a people manager for at least 5 years and handled a cross function of teams (both internal and vendors).
