Chief Delivery Officer - eLearning/EduTech/IT/ITeS

The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and products to our clients. This role involves strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.The CDO plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by leading project management, process optimization, and team performance.

An ideal profile shall be a regular management graduate either from IIM's or from ISB Hyderabad with 20 - 25 years of experience in E-Learining /edutech/IT/ITES industries only. Should have India & european business exposure.

Responsibilitiesu

- 20+ years of relevant operations management experience in the edtech/IT/ ITES industry.

- Manage customer relationships and resolve any delivery-related issues.

- Lead and oversee all delivery operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Experience with leading P&L responsibilities.

- Develop and implement delivery strategies that maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to align with the company's strategic goals.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.

- Excellent proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.

- Passion for technology and competitive strategy.

- Proven track record of managing complex technical challenges successfully.

- Demonstrated success in building enterprise-grade software.

- Experience implementing scalable best practices to ensure continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

- Demonstrated experience in ethical leadership.
