1. Spearhead the entire transformation of existing Delivery Processes with a view to create a best in class experience, deliver the Best ROI and Committed Outcomes to our Corporate Clients
2. Responsible for improving Trainer Engagement processes, improve Trainer Utilisation, Trainer Satisfaction as well as recruiting new trainers for both existing and new areas of growth.
3. CDO will be expected to own and transform the following:
a. Logistics & Event Management
b. Communication & Branding for both virtual and physical sessions
c. Making NPS measurement integral & across all stakeholders (Customer, Consumer, Trainer, Partners, etc) and acting on those as the default DNA of the team and the organization
d. Owning and conducting Periodic Quality Audits
4. The CDO will need to create and manage a global customer success program with an aim at utilizing the diversified experiences for the customers.
5. The CDO will be expected to create a lean and profitable delivery model and will own the P&L for each program.
6. The CDO will implement periodic quality audits to ensure adherence to the highest standards of delivery
