Chief Credit Officer - NBFC - CA/IIM/FMS/IIFT/MDI/ISB

We have an opportunity with the leadership team of a growing Indian NBFC. We are looking for someone to Head the credit and underwriting team.

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

About Our Client

Our client is a growing India NBFC arm predominantly focused into Asset Financing and Lending business. They have large expansion plans and are seeking a seasoned Risk Officer for heading their Credit Risk team.

Job Description

- Building and leading a qualified credit team with a view to ensure sound lending standards within the regulatory framework

- Building a robust Credit Analytic Framework to prevent crisis

- Monitoring and analyzing the portfolio regularly to ensure the overall portfolio health

- Inking the Credit & Risk Policies for Micro Enterprise Segment and monitoring the same

Person Requirements:

- MBA from a Tier I B-school or a Chartered accountant

- Have 15-20 years of relevant work experience in underwriting in MSME segment

- Experience in various products of SME, Loan against property would be a plus

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
