Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As Chief Creative Officer (CCO), the primary focus is on shaping and executing a cutting-edge creative vision that aligns with business objectives and sets industry standards. Additionally, representing the agency at industry events and contributing to thought leadership are critical for enhancing the agency's reputation as a leader in creative innovation.

Key Result Areas:

- Develop and execute creative vision, aligned with company goals.

- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong client relationships, delivering exceptional creative solutions.

- Campaign Development: Oversee integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring quality and impact.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments and external agencies.

- Budget and Resource Management: Manage creative department budget and resources effectively.

- Performance Measurement: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and report on results.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership position overseeing creative strategy and execution.

Skills:

- Proven track record of developing and executing award-winning creative campaigns.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative talent.

- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in managing high-profile client relationships.

- Deep understanding of various creative disciplines, including digital, print, video, and experiential marketing.

- Proficiency in creative tools and platforms, and a keen eye for design and detail.
