Chief Compliance Officer - Housing Finance Firm

Our client is one of the fast-growing Housing finance company based out of Chennai.

We have been mandated to search for a Chief Compliance Office for their Corporate office in Chennai.

Job Profile:

1. Managing end to end compliance specifically from housing finance / Banking sectors

2. Strong working knowledge in RBI and Central housing finance regulations and finance industry compliance standards

3. Experience in handling NHB and RBI Audits is a mandatory requirement.

4. Strong communication and presentation skills

5. Should be a subject matter expertise in handling all compliance related to RBI and NHB.

6. Candidates from Housing finance companies or Banks (with HF product) experience is good to apply for this role.

7. Compensation: Fixed CTC+ ESOPS.

Education and Other Desired qualifications:

1. Any degree / Masters in preferred

2. Should have 15+ years of experience in managing compliance specifically from housing finance / Banking sectors
