Our client is a Housing Finance company which is part of a large diversified group.
Job Purpose :
- To create and establish financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance within the company to ensure our operational and financial systems and processes are in accordance with relevant legislation
- Establish standards and implement procedures to ensure that our compliance programs are effective in identifying, preventing, and addressing non-compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Plan and coordinate regulatory risk assessments to recommend business operation improvements to the top management
- Monitor and analyze deficiencies and irregularities to provide effective solutions
- Communicate with regulatory agencies to ensure the company complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Report key concerns and violations to the CEO and CFO
- Ensure RBI compliance, including monthly/ periodical filing of returns, data submission with NHB as per guidelines and circulars issued by RBI from time to time
- Conduct quarterly review of all the compliances of the Company, ensuring that all the changes made in the SOPs/policies of the company are adopted and approved by the board
Masters/Postgraduate: Yes. Certifications: CA/MBA/PGDBM in Finance
Desired Experience: Minimum 15 to 25 years in the field.
