Chief Compliance Officer - Fintech/NBFC/Bank

Background to the client And Role:

- Our client is a leading a Fintech player in the Lending space.

- They are looking for Senior professional to lead the compliance function.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall compliance function

- Responsible for developing, setting up, maintaining and operating and effective compliance management in the organization.

- Maintenance of compliance framework in line with the regulatory framework.

- To ensure regulatory compliance of day to day operations in the Company including reviewing product programs, drafting policies, conducting compliance testing and preparing compliance testing reports etc.

- To ensure compliance with all the laws, rules, regulations, circulars, directive etc applicable to a Non-Banking Financial Company including RBI regulations,

- 15+ years of experience in NBFC, Bank, Fintech or Financial Institution
