Chief Compliance Officer - FinTech

Role & responsibilities:

- Assist the Board to implement the compliance policy

- Identify the compliance risk

- Monitor & test compliance of regulatory/supervisor direction given by performing compliance testing

- Compliance with other regulatory too

- Constitution of a Compliance Department

Mandates:

- Experience more than 10+ Years.

- Senior candidates with extensive experience in NBFC and Fintech industry who have worked on regulatory compliances as a whole.

- Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector

- Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI /SEBI compliance, etc.

Local to Mumbai only.
