A Qualified CS
- Strong understanding of Company Law, Rules, Secretarial Practices and other Corporate Laws.
- Exposure to requirements of regulator such as SEBI, RBI is must.
- Between 10-15 years post qualifications experience in Compliance/Secretarial function of Banking/NBFC industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can thrive under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skill
