Chief Commercial Officer

Job Description :

- Identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across the business activities.

- Develop and implement corporate business development strategies and plans.

- To create and develop commercial opportunities to increase profitability.

- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing robust and successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships.

- Take responsibility for the identification, development and implementation of all joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

- P&L Leadership to drive profitable growth and integrating cross functional issues to build the business strategically and financially.

- Working closely with colleague Directors and their teams to ensure service strategies are met and business development strategies are in place.

- Target, initiate and develop business relationships with new clients.

- Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of corporate core purpose, vision, mission and values.

- Active input to driving the development of corporate strategy.

- Align and manage internal stakeholders within Products, Acceptance, Marketing, Sales and Technology to create momentum and drive the business.

Experience - 18-22 years

Qualification : Any Graduate, BTech/BE, MBA / PGDM/CA/ICWA Any

Keywords : Business Development, Maintaining and increasing revenue and profitability, business expansion, partnership & alliances.

Desired Profile :

- Must have 18-22 years of experience preferably in East Africa.

- Strong process orientation and experience of managing complex supply chain

- Ability to manage key stakeholders

- Good negotiation skills (especially to deal with external vendors)

- Cross-cultural sensitivity, Networking and Relationship Building

- Ability to strategically influence

- Ability to respond with objectivity and customer centricity at times of crises

- Ability to prioritize based on business exigencies

- Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable

- Have a business focus and take quick decisions to facilitate business delivery

- Ability to work in teams and put team commitment first

- Integrity and honesty in all transaction

- Vigilant of deviations and ensuring proper systems to be in place.
