Position Title: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Job Purpose:
- To develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.
- To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated, and commercial success is achieved.
- Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic commercial plans.
Accountabilities:
- Strategic alignment with business needs (production targets, COP, margin, cash flow, etc.
- Revenue optimization.
- Relationship management, vendor/supplier management.
- People leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Embrace newer technologies, digitalization & innovation, benchmarking & analytics as key success factors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Manage vendor relationships (new and existing).
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics.
- Initiate cost-saving measures.
- Provide training to team members for their development.
Major Challenges:
- Timely implementation of key initiatives to improve buying costs.
- Keeping inventory at optimum levels.
- Reducing costs by monitoring prices.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Educational Qualifications and Experience.
- BE / B.Tech / MBA.
- 12 15 years of experience in commercial activities.
Functional Skills:'
- Experience in strategic buying, long-term buying, and frame contracting.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations and quality management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Strong orientation towards process standardization.
- Strong leadership skills coupled with a change management outlook to drive change across the organization.
- Strong drive towards training and team building.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience of more than 12 years in commercial activities, specifically in projects.
- Must have handled large-scale projects comprising high-value packages (200+ Cr. each).
CTC: Up to 60 LPA.
