Chief Command Officer - Internet/ecommerce
- 10 years experience in the field of Security and Vigilance in Industries or in Military Service in the capacity of a captain or equivalent.Certified Protection Officer security officer, vigilance, tender, suppliers
- Responsible for qualitative and quantitative output.
- Ensure committed level of profitability.
- Inventing and implementing counter measures to offset any margin deviations by restructuring delivery schedule.
- Ensuring dip-stick checks and creating road blocks to ensure data integrity.
- Implementing Best Practices from other BUs/ Process.
- Implementing processes for mandatory critical information dissemination through conference calls and interaction over emails with the clients to understand their requirements, expectations and the Center's Deliverables.
- Verifying manpower budgeting.
- Providing inputs for financial budgeting.
- Quarterly advance planning for business improvements goals.
- Quarterly MIS generation planning and report re-structuring as per perceived needs of customer.
- Being SPOC for all first level escalations of client.
- Have experience in handling eCommerce process
- Possesses strong / effective knowledge and experience in eCommerce environment to provide operational support
- Manages and leads teams / individuals, provides guidance and effectively communicates contract objectives, sets direction, scope and commitments
- May participate in clients negotiations, understands changes, and subsequent impact to the delivery of the contract, and able to communicate these changes effectively to the service delivery team
- Understands and manages potential service delivery conflicts between the departments and the clients
- Analytical & Problem Solving. Be able to present ideas and thoughts
- Strong leadership on all delivery matters
