A. Strategy for Category Management:-
- Develop category management strategy based on Current and Planned categories
- Design Category-specific business plans to meet sales and category wise EBITA working with Category Heads- focusing on purchase prioritization, resourcing and scheduling
- New Production Introduction planning from Concept Briefing to launch for each category
- Liaison with various Stake holders and driving apt Product Training
- Liaison with marketing teams for category development through category marketing, competitive pricing and promotions
B. Assortment Planning & Development -
- Ensure that assortment plan considers the financial objectives and seasonality of merchandise
- Product assortment planning and development using insights from sales data, search patterns, consumer behavior and market data for each Category
C. Supply chain management -
- Develop logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency
- Strategy for optimal stock from the vendor on desired terms and price
D. Quality and statutory compliances
E. Visual Merchandising & Store Planning
