- Procurement & Vendor Management: Optimize costs, ensure supply chain efficiency, implement best practices,manage vendor relationships, and risk management.

5. Employee Productivity: Employee Productivity Rate - Measures output per employee to check the efficiency and effectiveness of workforce management.
