Summary Purpose:
- There is enormous opportunity for Company to grow significantly, delivering positive outcomes and impacts for tens of thousands of women, and generating more than three times current revenues.
- The Company Board and founders are now seeking to strengthen the senior leadership team with the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer to drive and lead day to day performance with rigors and discipline to achieve ambitious targets. Key areas of focus will be sales, marketing and delivery the core of the business.
Key Objectives:
- Strengthen the operating model across Company with outstanding people leadership, management systems, processes and KPIs;
- Drive and enhance sales activities building an omni channel model and improving conversion rates across the sales funnels;
- Drive and lead marketing activities delivering successful campaign plans which meet their agreed targets and building a strong range of channels including partnerships, PR and social media;
- Leadership of the delivery of Company programs and other classes with excellent customer experience, outcomes, quality and productivity
- Lead, develop and motivate the Company team, enhancing its design and membership where appropriate
- Work closely with the CEO and CPIO (Chief Product and Innovation Officer) as the overall executive leadership team of the business, contributing value across the entire business
Role-holder attributes:
- An absolute passion for the cause that Company is pursuing gender equity at work and beyond
- Strong leadership skills and experience with a focus on structure, systems, processes and data;
- Experience/expertise in the digital space as Company customer acquisition and program delivery is digital focused (but not exclusive);
- Track record of performance with excellent commercial focus and nous knowing how and where to make money
- Ability to operate from the strategic/big picture level down to detailed day to day execution;
- The ability to join the dots within the organisation ensuring a cohesive and powerful overall team effort and outstanding performance
- A track record in people development
- Outstanding relationship building and communication.
Reporting:
CEO. Also having regular engagement with the Company Board. Reports into the COO include Sales, Marketing and Delivery
Remuneration: 3-4L per month fixed with up to 1.5L Variable
Significant share options available for an outstanding hire.
