Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for NRI Wealth Management in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the NRI Wealth Management team, ensuring a client-centric approach tailored to the unique needs of NRIs.
2.Wealth Management Expertise:
- Oversee the management of high-value NRI investment portfolios, demonstrating a deep understanding of market investment products and global financial markets.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of NRI wealth management processes.
3.Business Scaling:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to scale up the NRI Wealth Management business, set-up partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that address the specific financial goals and challenges of NRIs.
4.Global Client Interaction:
- Actively engage with NRI clients globally, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Travel internationally 2-3 times a year for client interactions, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized wealth management solutions.
5.Risk Management:
- Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard NRI investments, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of international market trends and geopolitical developments that may impact NRI wealth.
6. Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing NRI Wealth Management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide training to keep the team updated on global financial markets, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
2. 10-15 years of progressive experience in Wealth Management, managing portfolios exceeding 150-200 Crores.
3. In-depth knowledge of market investment products, global financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with a hustler attitude and a passion for scaling up business.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
7. Willingness and availability to travel internationally 2-3 times a year for client interactions.
