On behalf of our client , we are looking for a talented, motivated and driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) for the growing opportunities in Asia, Middle East and India.
Key accountabilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to position the company with clients.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to prepare a business plan for the sales vertical, estimate sales potential, identify key clients, and collaboration opportunities.
- Identify, build and strengthen professional relationships with senior and C-level client executives, and expand the professional network.
- Play an active role in driving lead generation activities, soliciting new accounts and capturing competitive pursuits
- Create/ identify multi- million-dollar opportunities using visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, , knowledge of the shifting market landscape, and the company's service offerings
- Collaborate with other internal teams' leaders to prepare large proposals and program plans with clear and compelling value proposition
- Accountable for on-boarding new team members into the practice and/ or project teams to build a high performing team. Provide executive-level oversight, communication and guidance to the team to build high morale and position programs for successful, effective client delivery.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- MUST have experience in Solution selling for IT services companies
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
- Must have a background as a contributor in Sales and New Business.
- Excellent network in the industry and ability to find new logo clients.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent business acumen and proven negotiation skills.
- Efficient go-to-market execution skills.
