Job Description
- Reporting to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) you will be responsible for-
- Developing and managing relationships with mid to large Corporates to meet their funding requirement
- Develop relationship plans and client contact strategy to meet the NBFC business objectives
- Manage the entire lending process cycle right from Lead Generation, Credit appraisal which include credit / risk rating of the borrower on the basis of business and financial analysis, due diligence and site visits.
- Presenting the case to sanctioning unit, resolve their queries and obtain sanction.
- Follow up with clients for on time submission of financials and related documents, getting proposals approved/Renewed, documentation and disbursal of facilities
- Manage an existing portfolio to ensure that credit quality is maintained while adding incremental growth
- Development and implementation of new business development strategies
The Successful Applicant
- 15 to 20 years of experience in a Banking or Financial Services organization selling Asset Products / Loans / Working Capital to SMEs and mid to large corporates
- Should have intensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the corporate relationship, Corporate Banking and business development
- Understanding of following credit facilities: CC/OD limits, LC, BG, Pre / Post shipment finance, Import Finance, forwards etc.
- Ability to the understanding of working capital cycle and business model of client and explain the same through a detailed proposal.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills and experience dealing with larger, more complex credit relationships
