Venture is backed by high profile industry leaders & has the vision to go global in the near future.   Critical Skills, Competencies & Experience :  - Drive customer acquisition & transactions via a combination of Online & offline marketing channels   - Lead Business Development including merchant acquisition & strategic partnerships with a special focus on "One to Many" tie ups and B2B partnerships.  - Ensure healthy customer repeat via scalable & sustainable CRM including email marketing, in app push notifications etc  - Ability to leverage Customer & Tech understanding & to help create a world class user experience end to end by contributing in Product Strategy & development  - Prior experience in e-commerce / Mobile App / Internet ventures would be essential  - Ability to lead & manage teams  - High level of creativity, energy, integrity & a global vision  Mobile App development experience (in adroid/ iOS) is required  Previous experience as "Co Founder" of a successful e-commerce/ mobile app business would be preferred.  Qualifications: BTech/ BS/ BE is mandatory & MBA would be an advantage.  Attractive Compensation & stake can also be considered for the right candidate
