Chief Business Officer - FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Build and scale business operations and provide products at a large scale.

- Oversee P&L responsibilities.

- Lead business strategy and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.

- Serve as a business leader, driving growth and operational efficiency.

- Establish connections with decision-makers in large FMCG corporates for B2B business.

Qualifications:

- MBA (preferred from top-tier B-schools).

- 15+ years of experience in the food or dairy industry, with significant national sales exposure.

- Experience in e-commerce/online sales of FMCG products.

- Proven experience in scaling up business operations.
