Description:

1. P&L Leadership: Take ownership of the company's Profit and Loss, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and achieve financial targets.

2. Marketing Leadership: Spearhead the marketing function, overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market share.

3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute the company's overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including product development, sales, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.

5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

Profile:

1. Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in P&L management and marketing within Consumer-Tech, Fintech, or E-Commerce organizations.

2. Tier 1/2 education background

3. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

4. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
