- More than 20+ years of extensive experience in sales and business development, channel sales and distribution network planning and set ups. Proven track record of having successfully managed large geographies, products and teams along with B2B and B2C customer bases.
- An astute planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities for the acceleration of business growth.
- Solid Awareness of business life cycle in the domain and capacity to grasp opportunities from competition in the assigned regions, develop business as per set targets
- Fair understanding in Credit Analysis, Strategy Planning, Market Penetration, Sales & Marketing, Business Development
- Knowledge of legal/ technical/ valuation process to administer the assigned deliveries from sourcing to disbursement and further insuring repayment.
- Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations
- Leading, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in sales & collection operations and meeting of individual & group targets
- Monitoring operations across DSA, And Alternate Channels including Referrals and DSA' for souring and increasing business.
- The incumbent would strategize P&L management and own the operationalisation of this business, wherein he would assess and disburse loans against Stored Agro commodities in the region/ assigned National zones essentially for Agri Commodity and stored products,
- An understanding of Agro Commodity trade and trade financing businesses is preferable.
