Chief Business Officer/Chief Growth Officer - McKinsey/Bain/BCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

- Commercial Excellence: Define and optimize pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies to maximize business potential.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to enhance business performance and drive execution excellence.

- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models to accelerate scale.

- Operational & Financial Optimization: Leverage data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support capital-raising initiatives and effectively communicate business performance and growth strategies to investors and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience, with a significant tenure in a top-tier consulting firm, ideally MBB

- Proven track record in leading large-scale strategic projects, driving P&L ownership, and working in high-growth environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

- Experience in consumer tech, digital platforms, or new-age businesses is a plus.
