The hiring organisation is a well established and respected pharma group with an international presence. The group has incubated an innovative new B2B2C platform and is looking to hire a Head of Business who will be responsible for helping this platform meet its strategic and commercial objectives.
The key components of the role are as follows:
- Establishing strategic objectives for the platform
- Building out the team across levels
- Taking ownership of building out the platform
- Establishing alliances and partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the medical and related communities
- Establishing ad executing GTM strategy
- Building best in class operations and execution
- Working senior internal stakeholders within the group to ensure transparency and alignment on all strategic issues
The key requirements to be considered for this role are as follows:
- 10-15 years experience of which a significant component should be in a consumer tech or healthtech startup of scale
- Experience in scaling organisations is a must
- Having experience leading multidisciplinary organisations with a proclivity towards getting hands dirty is critical since the successful candidate will be responsible for building the product, GTM and scaling
- Experience in hiring high quality teams
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- MBA from a top MBA college is a must
