CBO - Business Head - B2C Fintech


- Set the strategy and annual goals/budget for the department

- Optimize and fully own the P&L for the various product lines and businesses

- Deliver strong user, revenue and margin growth with consistent health check of portfolio by analyzing KPIs and usage parameters

- Build alignment with internal stakeholders to derive optimal unit economics, generate efficiency in operations, and deliver strong financial performance

- Launch new initiatives and new partnerships with Payment partners, NeoBanks and other ecosystem players

- Manage large partners by providing periodic reviews, dispute management and resolution

- Manage and grow existing business with partners.

- Build, motivate and monitor the team; help them achieve the overall goal of the BU

- Develop new products & features to deliver higher value to the customer and organization

- Expand product portfolio to create wider choices for customers which will help sales channels in new acquisition

- Analysis of various data sets to identify the trends, opportunities, problems and action appropriate actions

- Identify and implement new opportunities in Payments ecosystem to be ahead of the curve

- Introducing new innovations in payments domain

- Be responsible for Regulatory Compliance for all Retail Payments products

- Market mapping in terms of latest trends, products, activities, best practices

- Handling the details on Profit & loss of all businesses

- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for all matters related to the product lines

- Conducting training sessions on the products whenever required.

- Tracking the various income channels and commence drive to achieve business targets
