- Building the asset management business of the company

- Conceptualising long tenor funds that meet specific themes and invest into corporate debt - senior, subordinated, structured finance etc.

- Raise long tenor debt appetite from domestic and international investors

- Actively manage the funds meeting return and risk thresholds of the investors

- Manage investor relationships through active collaboration, communication as well as engagement

- Build a high quality fund management and fund raising team to actively manage investments as well as raise funds for the funds
