Chief Business Officer - Bank

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:

- A good understanding of financial products including Real Estate related products (REITs).

- Strong relationship skills & commercial acumen

- Good verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

- The inclination to work in a client facing, sales role

- Ideally a post graduate (MBA/CA/CFA) with 8 - 15 years of experience. Educational background in Finance/Investment/Real Estate Financial Products will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations pertaining to investment (Wealth Management) and Real Estate P/E business would be an advantage.

- Prior experience in B2B Sales (Mutual Funds/PMS/AIF/Real Estate PE) is preferred.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple investment mandates.
