Chief Business Officer

Business Operations:

- Performance Improvement: Enhance productivity, improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and reduce operational wastages and leakages.

Corporate Strategy:

- Compliance and Administration: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining all necessary documents and compliance with laws and regulations.

- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve goals set by the Board and shareholders.

- Board Advisory: Offer strategic advice to the Board regarding the crowdfunding market and the company's future direction.

Human Resources:

- Leadership and Management: Appoint and manage key management personnel; oversee human resource planning.

- Company Culture: Collaborate with HR to position the company as a leading fintech employer in India, focusing on team wellness, happiness, professional growth, office environment, and compensation/benefits.

Financial Strategy:

- Fiscal Oversight: Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing.

- Profit and Loss: Assume ultimate responsibility for the company's profit and loss performance.

Organization Development:

- Organizational Structure: Develop, maintain, and review organizational structures, systems, policies, and procedures to support and guide the company's functions.
