Job Description : Opportunity to head the entire business P&L for a leading Internet company

Client Details : Our client is a leading Internet company in the Indian market

Description :

- Work closely with the CEO and the top leadership to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals

- Manage multiple divisions such as Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing

- Manage a large team across functions

- Build innovative products and segments in line with the company's vision

- Constantly provide feedback to Sales, Technology, Product Management and Marketing departments to drive future roadmap

- Target setting, performance monitoring, coaching and guiding the individual functions

Profile :

- 15-22 years of experience in a P&L role in a leading Internet/E-commerce company

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Proven leadership skills

- Tier-1 MBA/Engineering background
