- A seasoned marketing executive to provide strategic and operational leadership for WeAce's marketing, communications, client relationship building, business development, and expert development.
- The Chief Brand Officer ("CBO") will guide conceptualization, development, and execution of WeAce multi-year Brand and marketing plans. This role oversees programs that articulate the firm's brand strategy, PR, thought leadership and research, expert marketing, consultant profile development, client outreach, recruiting and internal communications. The Marketing Team is responsible for all marketing communications and marketing events sponsored by the firm to support business retention and growth.
- Role oversees the company marketing function and create, implement and direct the overall marketing strategy, including all forms of marketing; both traditional and digital. Oversee and assist in managing the bank's corporate donations and giving budgets and work with the team. Be a strategic partner and assist all lines of business to assure the bank's sales and growth goals are achieved.
How You'll Help Our Firm Succeed?
- Enhance our firm's competitive differentiation in the marketplace.
- Proactively create new initiatives to help grow the business and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Guide brand strategy both internally and externally in all aspects. Identify appropriate new methods and venues with growth opportunities.
- Support practice area and expert development leaders in business development and practice plan development. Coordinate with each of the Firm's practice area to understand its business processes and offer solutions for developing and executing marketing and promotional plans including managing the marketing staff to accomplish those plans.
- Oversee the development, planning, execution and evaluation of the firm's annual schedule of hosted client events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements, (both internal and external).
- Lead public relations approach and responses. Proactively address potential press issues and be ready for crisis communications as needed.
- Lead and develop marketing team of 16 professionals.
- Develop and manage the department's annual budget, ensuring appropriate investment, cost control, and expense allocations.

Brand & Business:
- Manage the brand and partner with all business functions to deliver organization goals and objectives
- Develop marketing strategy by studying business indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring competition
- Grow market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
Product views:
- Provides short-and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market intel, research
- Influence the present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
- Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; and consulting with internal and external sources
Team:

What You'll Need to Be Successful?
- 15 + years of experience in marketing and communications across a variety of industries; professional services experience preferred.
- The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.
- The mindset to provide superior service.
- Familiarity with financial and economic topics.
- Experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in working with firm leadership on a strategic marketing level. Experience working in a matrix organization or partnership.
- Strong managerial skills with experience developing team members across vertical functions.
- Highly developed ability to influence.
- Digital marketing experience, including experience implementing new marketing technology solutions.
- MBA or Master's Degree in Marketing preferred.
