Chief Brand & Communication Manager (BPO/RPO)

- Strategic Brand Management & Corporate Branding

- Increase Saliency of the brand.

- Employer Branding.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate branding strategy that supports the organization mission and objectives.

- Manage and direct the communication team to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications, including public relations/media communications and social media.

- Work closely with the PR team to build messaging strategies to develop PR plan, generate

- Storylines, local media contact in supporting to marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Legal and all SBUs to ensure consistent communication across the organization.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve communication strategies.

- Partner with the D&I Team on all matters related to diversity and inclusion.

- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

Brand Strategy:

- Develop and implement a branding strategy that aligns with the organisation's mission and values.

- Manage and direct brand development and deployment across all communication channels, including social media.

- Develop a strong brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms of communication.

- Monitor and review brand health and support the execution of brand management programs.

- Managing and reviewing the Brand Architecture, for company.

- Undertaking projects/initiatives, basis insights from Brand Tracks & drive improvement in key parameters.

- Creation of other key brand assets and the brand key.

Events:

Manage and direct external events, including conferences, tradeshows, and other industry events and internal communication efforts, including employee newsletters, town hall meetings, and other internal events.

Employer Branding:

- Should be skilled in crafting compelling brand narratives and implementing cohesive visual identities.

- Experience in driving employee satisfaction, attracting top talent, and delivering impactful campaigns.

- Communicate and work closely with business leaders, employees, and talent acquisition to ensure true understanding of corporate culture and what it means to their business, the overall organisation, and our audience.

- Partner with all areas of Human Resources including Organizational.

- Effectiveness HR Programs, Talent Acquisition and Employee Events in the spirit of fostering a best-in-class culture in line with mission, vision and values.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Marketing with Proven experience of Minimum15+ years in brand management or a related senior role with a BPO or RPO Industry.

2. Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.

3. Deep understanding of the consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.

4. Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.

8. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.

9. Experience in scaling marketing operations, managing international marketing teams or expanding into new markets.

10. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal considerations related to marketing activities in India.

11. Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations and their implications for marketing practices.

12. Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term brand development.

13. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

14. Experience collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
